1. Acceptance of Terms

 By using PSC’s website, services, or enrolling in any course, you acknowledge that:
          You have read and understood these Terms & Conditions.
          You agree to comply with all rules, policies, and guidelines set by PSC.

2. Courses & Training

2.1 Course Content

     PSC provides job-oriented skill training programs. Course content may be updated regularly.

2.2 Duration & Schedule

      PSC may modify class schedules when necessary.

2.3 Mode of Training

      Training may be offline, online, or hybrid.

3. Fees & Payment Policy

3.1 Payment Terms

      All fees must be paid as per the shared fee structure.

3.2 No Hidden Charges

       All fees are clearly mentioned during admission.

3.3 Refund & Cancellation Policy (Strict No Refund Policy)

       PSC follows a strict NO REFUND POLICY.

No refund will be issued for:

• Change of mind
• Personal issues
• Not wanting to continue
• Dislike of teaching method
• Request to change batch or course

Refunds are ONLY allowed if:

1. PSC cancels the course before starting.
2. Duplicate payment is made.
Refund processing requires proof and 7–15 working days.

No refund on:

• Registration fees
• Admission fees
• Installments
• Materials
• Software access
• Workshops or events
• Certifications

4. Certifications

4.1 PSC Certificate

        Students receive a PSC Course Completion Certificate after assessments.

4.2 External Certifications

         PSC is working toward RKCL, NIELIT, and NSDC affiliations (expected 2026). Until then, certificates are issued only by PSC.

5. Student Responsibilities

Students must:
  • Attend classes
  •  Maintain discipline
  •  Not share study materials
  •  Respect PSC property

6. Website & Digital Materials

6.1 Website Usage

        Do not copy or misuse PSC content.

6.2 Intellectual Property

       All training material belongs to PSC.

7. Placement & Job Assistance

PSC provides 100% job assistance but does NOT guarantee jobs or salaries.

8. Privacy Policy

PSC keeps student data confidential and uses it only for academic or administrative purposes.

9. Limitations of Liability

PSC is not responsible for device loss, technical issues, or job outcomes.

10. Changes to Terms

PSC may update terms anytime. Continued usage means acceptance.
